4) Thou shalt be sincere and provide honest satisfaction.
5) Thou shalt not when thou art surprised: Thou shalt
first count to ten.
6) Thou shalt never fail to listen.
7) Thou shalt do thy homework and thoroughly prepare.
8) Thou shalt not negotiate when fatigued.
9) Thou shalt try to fulfill the needs of the other
person.
10) Thou shalt never get out of control emotionally
11) Thou shalt go very slowly.
